Going to restaurants that I've never been before is by far the most fun. Black Forest Deli in West Bethlehem is one of the rare spots I haven't dined at yet in Bethlehem and can honestly say that I can't wait to do so.
The deli is owned and run by mother-daughter pair, Milana and Victoria Shparber, on Union and 7th in Bethlehem. Opening in 1997, the deli seems to be a lunch hot-spot in Bethlehem for over a decade. Open from 8 am to 4 pm, the deli is a great place for business or casual lunch or breakfast.
Between breakfast options, paninis, soups and salads it seems like the Black Forest Deli hits close to home with comfort foods from Russia and Ukranian and fresh menu options.
Between good service and great food, it seems that fellow bloggers and food critics love the Black Forest Deli as much as I hope to.
